Turnkey Renovation
02End-to-end villa renovation. We arrive at design, depart at the placement of the final styling object.

03Procurement and on-site execution led by our Dubai delivery team, supervised by Amsterdam-trained architects.
Custom Joinery
04Bespoke walnut, oak and microcement millwork — designed in-house, fabricated by our network of European ateliers.

The Method — 02 / 03
Four phases,
one continuous hand.
Every commission moves through the same four-phase ritual. The same principal designers carry the work from first sketch to final styling — no handover, no dilution of intent.
Phase I
Discovery
A private consultation at your residence or our atelier. We listen, measure, and define the architectural intent.
Phase II
Design
Concept, materiality, joinery drawings and 3D walkthroughs — reviewed personally by our principal designers.
Phase III
Execution
Procurement, fabrication across European ateliers, and on-site supervision by our Dubai delivery team.
Phase IV
Delivery
Installation, styling, and a final walkthrough. We depart only when the final object is in place.
Engagement — 03 / 03
Weeks, not months — without compromise.
Where peers schedule renovations in seasons, we measure ours in weeks. From whole-villa commissions to bespoke joinery, swimming pools and custom jacuzzis — every project is delivered in two to three months at most, with the same hand-finished quality our studio is known for.
